Q. What if the washing machine or dryer develops a fault?

A. In the unlikely event that your appliance develops a fault, we will come out and repair it or replace it. You will never be charged a call out fee or a repair bill as the weekly rent covers it

Q. Do we take away the old appliance?

A. Yes, we can recycle your old appliance free of charge

Q. What type of machine can I expect?

A. We rent Hotpoint and Bosch machines. These are the most reliable and popular machines on the present market.

The dryers are all condenser dryers Hotpoint, Indesit, Creda, Hoover, Candy 7KG units

Q. What condition are the machines in?

A. The machines are fully reconditioned and load tested. They are cleaned and polished to high standards.

Q. Is there a contract that I will be tied into?

A. No contact! If you wish to cancel, just give us 10 days notice – that's it!

Q. Can I pay the deposit by cash or by card?

Q. How will I make the weekly payments?

A. A standard Order or Direct Debit will be setup. This can be weekly or monthly

A. Just call us and give us 10 days notice. We will come and collect the appliance
